About the Opportunity
We are building a trusted, research-led platform dedicated to legal online casino information for Indian audiences. Our mission is to make complex topics clear, credible, and easy to use, helping users navigate gaming-related content with confidence and responsibility.
We focus on independent reviews, comparisons, and educational resources, not operating gambling services. To support this mission, we are hiring a UX Designer for an online casino affiliate platform who can elevate end-to-end user journeys across web and mobile.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about user experience design for iGaming content and comparison platforms, accessibility, and creating intuitive flows that balance clarity, conversion, and regulatory awareness.
The Role
As the UX Designer, you will own discovery-to-delivery for core user journeys, including landing pages, comparison tables, review layouts, legal explainers, responsible gambling resources, and sign-up flows such as newsletters and alerts.
You will work closely with product, SEO, content, and engineering teams to translate business goals into elegant, testable interfaces. Your work will reflect compliance-first UX design, ensuring users feel informed, safe, and supported throughout their journey.
This role combines data-driven UX research and testing with hands-on design execution, delivering experiences that feel fast, trustworthy, and culturally relevant for Indian users across devices and network conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and iteration: Create user flows, wireframes, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes for responsive web and mobile experiences aligned with user experience design for iGaming content platforms.
- UX research: Plan and conduct interviews, surveys, card sorts, and usability testing, turning insights into personas, journey maps, and actionable design decisions.
- Information architecture: Organise complex content into intuitive navigation, comparison models, and scannable layouts using tables, accordions, filters, and faceted search.
- Accessibility by design: Champion accessibility-focused UX design by applying WCAG principles, readable typography, sufficient contrast, and inclusive interaction patterns.
- Data-informed decisions: Use analytics, heatmaps, and UX metrics to guide prioritisation and continuous improvement through data-driven UX research and testing.
- Design systems: Contribute to a scalable design system with reusable components, tokens, and documentation to ensure consistency across teams.
- Development collaboration: Partner with engineers through clear hand-offs, QA reviews, and iteration to maintain visual and interaction fidelity.
- Experimentation: Support A/B and multivariate tests for layouts, CTAs, and modules, working closely with SEO and growth stakeholders.
- Responsible UX: Ensure all flows reinforce trust, transparency, and compliance-first UX design, including clear disclosures and responsible gambling cues.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio demonstrating research, information architecture, prototyping, and shipped work.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, with strong experience in Figma-based workflows.
- Solid understanding of data-driven UX research and testing, including usability testing and insight synthesis.
- Experience designing content-heavy, responsive platforms such as media, review, or comparison websites.
- Comfort collaborating with engineering teams and understanding HTML/CSS constraints.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions and trade-offs with clarity and evidence.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or health.
- Knowledge of accessibility-focused UX design, WCAG standards, and performance-aware design.
- Familiarity with Indian localisation patterns, including INR displays, mobile-first usage, and bandwidth variability.
What We Offer
- A pivotal role shaping user experience design for iGaming content and review platforms used by a large Indian audience.
- Competitive compensation with remote-first flexibility and clear growth opportunities.
- A collaborative, low-ego team culture spanning product, content, SEO, and engineering.
